Course Overview
Grounded in attachment theory and neuroscience, the course shows how secure attachment is built through everyday moments of connection - how you respond to emotions, manage stress, repair ruptures, and offer compassion to both your child and yourself. The central message is simple: when children feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure, they thrive.
